• We will help to evaluate and determine the potential ‘scope’ of the project and the professionals that will be needed to start.

• We have a vast source of certified and licensed contractors to offer. We will help in finding the right person(s) for your project.

• We will give direction and conceptual plans for layout, space planning. This will help your Contractor to do a much more accurate proposal/ bid for the project.

• We offer our tried and true system for  hand selecting finishes, materials, lighting, plumbing and anything needed for finishing your remodeling project.  After review and approval, we support the contractors with providing a concise and clear specification book that enables clear communication, allowing them to do the best job they can.

• We do site visits and answer questions along the way to help ensure we can stay on our timeline as much as possible.

• We manage every step in relation to finishes, stylizing, and getting your home ready for the final reveal!

Remodel + new build

This plan is for the homeowner that would like to build or start a remodel on their existing home but do not have the time nor the wanting to tackle the process alone. In addition to our full service interior design plan, we work in close collaboration with our clients and most trustworthy contractors to transform your home from start to finish. 

This plan is designed for projects that are larger than 3 rooms.
